Scheme Process

  1. Complete the Application Form online
  2. Modify and submit the specific Management Systems Manual (based upon our sample provided following payment of the application fee)
  3. We will assess your submission and resolve any issues.
  4. We will issue you with a Declaration of Conformance for completion by you.
  5. Upon receipt of the Declaration of Conformance we will issue a Certificate of Registration and our scheme logo.

Note: Annual re-certification is achieved by completion of an Annual Conformance Review form
