CERTIFICATION PROCESS

This is the application for certification process.

1. Applicant completes an Application Form and sends  to Sovereign Certification with Application Fee.

2. Sovereign Certification provide advice and direction on way forward.

3. Applicant ensures systems in place to meet the requirements of the relevant standard..

3. Applicant submits completed Assessment Review Report (or compliant Management Manual) with Assessment Fee.

4. Sovereign Certification review submission and clarify any points requiring corrective action.

5. Applicant completes a Declaration of Conformance  signed by top management and submit to Sovereign Certification Ltd.

6. Upon approval Sovereign Certification provides Certificate and marketing logos.

7. Sovereign Certification issues Annual Conformance Review  to assess continuing conformance to requirements.

8. Certificate Holder review ensures compliance with requirements and submits to Sovereign Certification with annual renewal fee.

9. Sovereign Certification re-issues certificate.
